Patriot Viper DDR3-1600 kit gets Intel XMP certification

Patriot Memory had to be hospitalized for three days last week but for good reason as it managed to paint one of its pet vipers blue. Why would one do what you ask? Simply because Patriot needed to show that one of its DDR3-1600 Viper series memory kits has received Intel XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles) certification.
