Logitech buys Ultimate Ears for $34 million in cash!

On August 14, 2008 Logitech International officially announced, that the Logitech International has agreed to gain control of privately held Ultimate Ears, Irvine, California, for $34 million amount in cash. The acquisition depends on customary closing conditions and is nearly expected to close this August.
